ext4rsLilly's Corner Mall, previously known as Kilpatrick Garage and Miami Theater, was Waynesville's first automotive garage and Movie Theater, constructed on the SW corner of Main and Miami Street in 1917.

The original building was divided into two sections, the theater on the south side and Kilpatrick-French Motor Car Company, of Lebanon, Ohio in the remainder of the building. The doors to the showroom of the New Motor Inn opened and introduced Ford Automobiles. Lilly's Corner Mall still has the original beams and frame work along with the original double doors and showroom windows.

The Miami Theater opened in grand style with great ceremony on February 16, 1918. Movie fans packed the house to the doors to see Mary Pickford star in "A Poor Little Rich Girl". Admission was 10 cents plus a one cent "War Tax". The Theater section has the original 22 foot high wood ceiling along with the original wood cornices along the walls. This section has 13 booths offering a variety antiques, furniture and collectables.

The owners and operators of Lilly's Corner Mall have been involved since 1959 when the Waynesville Auction house was opened. Lilly's Corner mall is one of Waynesville's largest antique malls.
